Dummy was one of the beers we launched with back in 2016. It hasn't been around in a long, long time but we brought it back in celebration of our 5th anniversary. This iteration of Dummy underwent a primary fermentation with our house saison yeast and then a secondary fermentation with one of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces. It was dry hopped with New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin hops. This beer is bottle (and keg!) conditioned. Dummy is dry with notes of orange peel, leather, gooseberry & bretty funk. It pairs wonderfully with rich foods such as charcuterie & cheese. 5.8% ABV
